Michael James Monroe, AIA, is the president and owner of MJM Services Inc. With over 35 years of architectural design expertise, he serves as the head designer and architect, guiding the firm with his vast experience and creative vision. Michael is renowned for his innovative approach to design, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal to create unique and inspiring architectural solutions. His leadership and passion for architecture have been instrumental in shaping the firm’s reputation for excellence. MJM'S ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS AND LICENCES 1986: graduated Carnegie Mellon University, Bachelor of Architecture Degree 1989: became a New Jersey Licensed Architect 1992: became a New York Licensed Architect 2007: Chairman of the Red Bank Construction Board of Appeals 2009: served as President of the Jersey Shore American Institute of Architects 1989: developed architectural plans for more than 2,200 projects, of which approximately 60% were upper-end residential projects, 30% commercial projects, and 10% mixed-use and specialty projects. Mike Szoke, a senior project manager with over 24 years of experience, leads the CAD and production department. His extensive knowledge and strategic oversight have been key to the firm's success in project execution and delivery. Mike Szoke is also known for his strong collaborative spirit, particularly in his work with Mike Monroe. Together, they form a dynamic team, blending their expertise to optimize processes and innovate within their departments. Gianna Bogdan joined our architecture firm in 2024 as an Administrator, bringing a strong background in management and organization. In her role, Gianna helps keep the office running smoothly by managing schedules, developing invoices, handling permits, and managing large project documents, including folding and organizing plans, as well as handling printing and other essential tasks.
